Dear 212 Member,

Effective January 1st, 2008 a $20 processing fee will be charged to any member that pays their dues after the last day of the previous quarter. Exceptions will be made for holidays and Saturdays. Quarterly dues should be paid before the 1st day of the quarter.

There are members that are consistently late. There were over five hundred members that had not paid their dues by October 2nd, some by one full quarter or more. These members create accounting problems for the sick list and create a backlog of names on the “dropped from membership” list.

Please pay your dues by the first of the quarter or you will be charged an additional $20 processing fee. If you have any questions, call our office.
